Here’s the recipe for tacos that behave themselves.

Ingredients
- 3 protein tortillas NÄNO SUPPS Protein TACO
- 250 g peeled shrimp
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- ½ cup canned corn
- 6–8 cherry tomatoes
- A handful of lettuce and some shredded red cabbage
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (or light sour cream)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt, pepper and hot sauce — to taste
- Fresh herbs for serving
Step-by-step preparation
- Marinate the shrimp. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lime. Add the shrimp, toss to coat and leave to marinate for 5–10 minutes.
- Pan-fry the shrimp. Heat a pan and quickly fry the shrimp for 1.5–2 minutes on each side until golden.
- Prepare the toppings. Dice the avocado, cut the cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters. Prepare the lettuce, shredded red cabbage and corn.
- Warm the tortillas. Gently warm the NÄNO SUPPS protein tortillas in a dry pan or in the oven until they are soft and flexible.
- Assemble the tacos. Place lettuce, cabbage, corn, tomatoes, avocado and shrimp on each tortilla. Drizzle lightly with yoghurt or light sour cream, add a little hot sauce and the juice of the remaining half lime.
- Serving. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately — the tacos should be juicy, crunchy and very well-behaved in terms of macros.
