1. Chocolate graveyard in a glass - a no-bake dessert
Preparation time: 15 minutes | Servings: 2
It looks like a tiny graveyard but tastes like chocolate cheesecake. Dark crumbs, smooth cream, pieces of caramel bar and edible gravestones. This dessert can easily become the centrepiece of your Halloween table.
Ingredients
- 150 g thick Greek yoghurt
- 100 g cream cheese or curd cheese
- 2 packs of Bombbar protein biscuits with cocoa and white chocolate
- 1 AllNutrition Fitking Delicious bar, caramel-peanut flavour
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Berries for decoration
Method
- Make the cream. Mix the Greek yoghurt with the cream cheese until smooth. Add the cocoa and stir.
- Prepare the chocolate crumbs. Crush some of the Bombbar biscuits into dark crumbs that resemble soil.
- Assemble the dessert. Spoon a layer of cream into clear glasses, add small pieces of the caramel-peanut bar and finish with another layer of cream.
- Create the graveyard. Sprinkle chocolate crumbs on top. Make small gravestones from the remaining biscuit pieces and stand them upright in the cream.
- Decorate. Add a few berries for a bright contrast and serve chilled.
Little tip: serve the dessert in clear glasses. That way, the layers of chocolate cream, biscuits and protein bars look even more impressive!

2. Banana ghosts with coconut and chocolate
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes | Servings: 2
Ghosts that nobody will be afraid to eat! Banana, creamy yoghurt, a coconut-chocolate bar and tropical mango-passion fruit sauce come together in an unusual Halloween dessert. This idea is especially appealing to fans of fruity treats.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 150 g thick Greek yoghurt
- 1 Barebells Coco-Choco protein bar, 55 g
- 2-3 tsp AllNutrition Fitking Delicious mango-passion fruit sauce
- 8 small pieces of dark chocolate for the eyes and mouths
- A little desiccated coconut for decoration
Method
- Make the ghosts. Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Stand each piece upright on a plate with the cut side facing down.
- Add the white coating. Cover the bananas with thick Greek yoghurt so that they resemble little white ghosts.
- Make the faces. Use small pieces of dark chocolate for the eyes and mouths.
- Prepare the chocolate element. Cut the Barebells Coco-Choco bar into small pieces and arrange them around the ghosts.
- Add a splash of colour. Decorate the plate with a few streaks of mango-passion fruit sauce and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
Serving idea: use a dark plate so the white ghosts stand out beautifully against the chocolate background. The bright mango sauce adds a festive orange touch.

3. No-bake pumpkin mini cheesecakes with caramel sauce
Preparation time: 15 minutes + chilling | Servings: 2
What's Halloween without pumpkin? Instead of the usual pumpkin pie, try making delicate mini cheesecakes in glasses. Creamy filling, fragrant cinnamon, pumpkin purée and caramel topping bring the taste of autumn to every spoonful.
Ingredients
- 150 g ready-made chilled pumpkin purée with no additives
- 120 g cream cheese
- 100 g thick Greek yoghurt
- 2 Bombbar protein biscuits with cocoa and white chocolate
- 2-3 tsp AllNutrition Fitking Delicious caramel sauce
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A little cocoa for decoration
Method
- Prepare the base. Crush the Bombbar biscuits and divide the crumbs between the bottoms of two small glasses.
- Make the pumpkin cream. Mix the prepared pumpkin purée, cream cheese, Greek yoghurt and cinnamon until smooth.
- Assemble the mini cheesecakes. Spoon the pumpkin cream over the chocolate crumbs.
- Add the caramel. Drizzle a little Fitking Delicious caramel sauce over the dessert.
- Chill. Place the glasses in the fridge for approximately 20-30 minutes to allow the dessert to firm up.
- Decorate. Lightly dust with cocoa or draw a little pumpkin face on the surface.
Why try it: the combination of pumpkin, cinnamon and caramel creates a comforting autumn flavour, while ready-made dessert sauce means there's no need to cook caramel separately.

How to present Halloween desserts beautifully
Just a few details can make simple Halloween recipes look like festive treats from a café:
- Use contrasting colours. Orange pumpkin cream, dark chocolate crumbs and white yoghurt look beautiful together.
- Serve individual portions. Glasses, small plates and mini dessert bowls make serving neat and convenient.
- Experiment with textures. Combine soft cream, crunchy biscuits, pieces of protein bars and thick fruit sauces.
- Keep the decorations simple. A few berries, chocolate crumbs or a funny face can transform an ordinary dessert into a Halloween treat.
These no-bake desserts are perfect for a cosy evening with friends, a festive dinner or watching your favourite horror film.
Can you make Halloween desserts with no added sugar?
For homemade treats, you can choose selected ingredients with no added sugar. For example, SportFit offers protein bars, biscuits and dessert sauces that use sweeteners instead of added sugar.
However, fruit, dairy products and other ingredients may contain naturally occurring sugars. It is therefore worth assessing the ingredients and nutritional value of the finished dessert as a whole.
Also pay attention to allergens: certain bars and biscuits may contain milk, soya, peanuts, nuts, eggs and cereals containing gluten.
