SportFit.ee Loyalty Program

With the SportFit.ee loyalty program, you earn SportFit Points for purchases and can use them for a discount on your next orders. The more purchases you make, the higher your level, the bigger the discount, and the more выгодный cashback.

Who the program is available to

The loyalty program is available only to registered users. If an order is placed as a guest, points are neither earned nor redeemed.

SportFit Points: how points are earned

• Points are credited after the order is paid for.
• Points are also credited for discounted products.
• Points are calculated from the total of products after discounts, excluding delivery.
• Redeemed points reduce the amount from which new points are earned.
• If an order is fully cancelled or returned, the points earned for it are cancelled.

1 point = €0.10 discount.

SportFit Points: how to use points

• You can redeem points in the cart by clicking the “Redeem bonus points” button.
• SportFit Points can be used together with any discount.

Loyalty levels: how to get them and what they give

Your level depends on the total purchase amount. On levels with a discount, a “Apply level discount” button appears in the cart — click it to activate the discount.

• Level 0 — from €0 • discount: 0% • cashback: 1 point for every €10
• Level 1 — from €150 • discount: 3% • cashback: 1 point for every €10
• Level 2 — from €350 • discount: 6% • cashback: 1 point for every €5
• Level 3 — from €800 • discount: 10% • cashback: 1 point for every €3.33

Important: the percentage level discount is calculated only for non-discounted products.

Fit Team referral discount

• The discount works when you come via a trainer’s or blogger’s referral link.
• Gives a 15% discount on the first 3 orders.
• The discount is calculated only for non-discounted products.
• If the order is fully cancelled or returned, the discount may become available again.

Discount compatibility

• SportFit Points can be combined with any discount.
• Percentage discounts cannot be combined with each other: a level discount, a Fit Team discount, and any other percentage promo codes do not work together.
• If there are two percentage discounts in the cart at the same time, the last applied one will remain.

What else is important to know

• Points cannot be transferred to another user, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn from the account.
• Points are not credited on delivery cost, and delivery cannot be paid for with points.
• All free delivery conditions continue to apply to an order with redeemed points if the order amount meets them.
• If an order is cancelled or fully returned, the redeemed points are returned to the account, and the points earned for that order are cancelled.
