Ingredients:

Oat flour (contains gluten), whey protein isolate, skimmed milk powder, oat bran (contains gluten), water-soluble corn fiber, egg products (egg melange), leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)), thickener (xanthan gum), salt, natural flavorings, acidity regulator (citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose)

Instructions for Use:

Ideal as a dessert to pair with tea, coffee, and other beverages. Add nut butters, toppings, or jams to complement the pancakes.

Add 60 g of the mix (3 tablespoons) to 120-150 ml of water or milk, mix thoroughly (recommended in a shaker) until a smooth batter forms. Let it sit for a few minutes. Fry on both sides in a preheated pan, adding vegetable oil if desired. When using milk, the caloric content will increase.
