Our pancake mix is sugar-free and GMO-free, making it an excellent choice for sports nutrition, dietary meals, and as a healthy treat for children. Pancakes can be served with honey, berries, powdered sugar, jam, or glaze.

Ingredients:

whey protein concentrate, whole grain wheat flour (contains gluten), skimmed milk powder, isomaltooligosaccharide, egg white powder, black currant, leavening agent (baking soda), xanthan gum, salt, natural flavors, citric acid, ascorbic acid, sucralose.

Directions for Use:

Suitable as a dessert with tea or coffee. Mix 60 g of the mixture (3 tablespoons) with 120-150 ml of water or milk, and stir thoroughly (shaker recommended) until a smooth batter forms. Let it sit for a few minutes. Cook on both sides in a preheated pan. You can add vegetable oil if desired. If using milk, the energy content will increase.
