Ingredients:

Lactose-free pancake mix (gluten-free wheat starch, whole egg powder, lactose-free skimmed milk powder, baking powder, disodium diphosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, salt, emulsifier, thickener), whey protein concentrate (milk), egg white protein, flavourings, thickener (carboxymethylcellulose), sodium bicarbonate, cinnamon powder, salt, sweetener (sucralose), cardamom (finely ground).

Directions for use:

• Add 50 g (2 tablespoons) of pancake mix to 150 ml of water.
• Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.
