Ingredients:

whey protein concentrate, whole wheat flour (contains gluten), skimmed milk powder, isomalto-oligosaccharide, egg products (dried egg white), cocoa powder, baking soda, thickener (xanthan gum), salt, natural flavorings, acidity regulator (citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose).

Usage:

Ideal as a dessert with tea or coffee.

Add 60 g of mix (3 tablespoons) to 120-150 ml of water or milk, mix thoroughly (preferably in a shaker) until smooth. Let it rest for a few minutes. Fry on both sides in a preheated pan; optionally, you can add vegetable oil. Using milk will increase the calorie count.

Storage conditions:
