Ingredients:

Skimmed milk powder, erythritol (natural calorie-free sweetener), hemp protein, almond flour, cocoa powder, egg white powder, inulin (natural fibre), coconut milk powder (coconut milk, maltodextrin, casein), baking soda, steviol glycoside (stevia).

Usage:

• Add 1 scoop (45 g) of powder to a large mug. Scoop included in the bag. Tip: use a microwave-safe mug of at least 300 ml (preferably larger).
• Add exactly 50 g/ml of water and stir until smooth.
• Microwave for up to 1 minute, watching carefully. The cake may rise about 2 cm above the rim. Let it rise, but make sure it does not overflow.
• Enjoy directly from the mug with a spoon or transfer to a bowl. The top should be soft and chocolatey, while the inside has a muffin texture.
