Ingredients:

Gluten-free oat flakes, milk protein isolates, cane sugar, rice flour, buckwheat groats, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) 5%, inulin, fructose, acacia gum, flavouring, sodium chloride, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (vitamin D). May contain traces of soy. Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient.

Directions:

A 50 g serving is suitable for breakfast or a snack in the morning or afternoon. It can also be used after physical activity. Maximum 2 servings per day.

50 g = 1 serving. Pour the contents of the sachet into a suitable container, add 100 ml of hot (not boiling) water and stir. Cold water may also be used. Once opened, the product is intended for immediate consumption.
