ICONFIT Overnight Oats is a healthy porridge mix with balanced macronutrients. In addition to whole grain oats, the mix also contains chia seeds or coconut flakes and 10% hydrolysed collagen. The porridge is high in protein – up to 27.8%. In the evening, just add milk and in the morning it’s ready to enjoy!

Overnight Oats contains no added sugars. We have used erythritol and stevia to add a touch of sweetness. One serving also provides the recommended daily amount of collagen (10 g per 100 g product).

Whole grain roasted oats, hydrolysed collagen (10%), whey protein concentrate, sweetener erythritol, chia seeds, raw cacao nibs, cocoa powder, peanut flavouring, sweetener stevia (steviol glycoside).

Usage:

Overnight oats are simple to prepare – add milk (100 ml milk per 70 g mix), stir well and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, a healthy and delicious breakfast is ready! Enjoy cold or warm it up in the microwave. You can also prepare it with buttermilk, kefir, skyr or plant-based milk. For extra flavour, add fresh berries or fruit.

For a light snack, mix 70 g of porridge mix with 100 ml milk. An average breakfast for women is 100 g of mix with 140 ml milk (approx. 400 kcal). An average breakfast for men is 140 g of mix with 200 ml milk (approx. 570 kcal). Adjust the portion size according to your daily menu or diet plan.
