High protein content, fibre and added superfoods make this an unbeatable breakfast or snack. The porridge, with a serving of quality whey protein, is enriched with calcium and vitamins D and K.

Gluten-free oat flakes 44.5%, whey protein concentrate (contains sunflower lecithin and anti-caking agent calcium phosphate), cane sugar, milk protein isolate, chia seeds 5.5% (Salvia hispanica), dried rice syrup solids, extrudate (milk protein isolate), cocoa, dark chocolate pieces 2.5% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), ground flaxseed 1%, acacia gum, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, flavouring, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), chromium lactate, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2). The product may contain traces of soy.

A 90 g serving is suitable for breakfast or a snack. Maximum 1 serving per day.
Directions for use:
90 g = approximately 4 measuring scoops. Place 1 serving into a suitable container, add 100–125 ml of hot (not boiling) water, mix thoroughly and let stand for a few minutes. After opening, store at temperatures up to 25 °C and consume within 2 months.
