Rice cream is a simple and delicious dessert made from premium quality rice with a VANILLA ICE CREAM flavour.

Rice cream mixed with flavoured protein is an excellent meal before or after training. And you can make it even better: add blueberries, half a banana, a drizzle of honey and some nuts for a fantastic taste! Rice cream can also be prepared with milk. But if you’re in a hurry, you can simply mix it in a shaker with cold water.

Micronised rice flour, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin).

Directions for use:

Add one heaped scoop (approx. 60 g) to 160 ml of water in your blender bottle, shake and pour into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat until the desired rice porridge consistency is reached.

Rice cream can also be prepared with milk, and if you’re in a hurry, you can simply mix it in a shaker with cold liquid and drink it.
