Ingredients:
Wholegrain quick oats, skimmed milk powder, hydrolysed collagen, chia seeds, hemp protein, erythritol (natural calorie-free sweetener), whey protein concentrate, freeze-dried blackcurrant, flavouring, sweetener steviol glycoside (stevia).

Usage:
Place 100 g of porridge mix (331 kcal, women) or 150 g (497 kcal, men) into a bowl. Add 100 g/ml of hot water per 100 g of porridge (for chocolate-flavoured mix, use about 80 g/ml water), stir with a spoon and let stand for 1 minute. You can add more or less water depending on taste. And that’s it — your healthy porridge is ready! Prepare it at home in the morning or for lunch at work.
