Usage:

Add 30 g of powder to 150–250 ml of water or milk, mix in a shaker, and consume 1–3 times per day before or after training. NB! Soy isolate creates a much thicker mix than whey protein, so it is important to use more liquid.

Do not use this product as the sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children.

NB! When mixed with water, soy isolate forms a noticeably thicker mass than whey protein and requires a larger amount of liquid or food for mixing.
