Usage:
Although unflavoured pea protein has a relatively neutral taste, it is not intended to be consumed only mixed with water as a protein shake. If you wish to use pea protein as a protein drink, we recommend adding other flavoured ingredients and/or something sweet.
For a light snack, mix 70 g of porridge mix with 100 ml of milk. An average breakfast for women is 100 g of porridge mix with 140 ml of milk (about 400 kcal). An average breakfast for men is 140 g of porridge mix with 200 ml of milk (about 570 kcal). Adjust the portion size according to your daily menu or diet plan.
