Whey protein isolate from milk, lecithin from soy, cocoa; flavourings, salt, sweetener: sucralose.
Allergen warning: Manufactured in a facility that processes ingredients derived from soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, molluscs and fish.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Dissolve a 30 g serving (2.5 scoops) in 200 ml of skimmed milk or water. Take 1–2 times daily depending on your needs.
