Usage:

Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings per day. On training days: 1 serving in the morning upon waking, a second serving within 1.5 hours after training, and a third serving before bedtime. On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning upon waking, a second between meals, and a third before bedtime. The recommended daily intake is 90 g of the product.
