Pancakes are delicious and healthy treats loved by many. The name comes from the English word pancakes: "pan" — pan, "cake" — cake. The American version of pancakes is easy to make with our mix.

Our pancake mix is sugar-free and GMO-free, making it a great option for sports and diet nutrition, as well as a healthy treat for kids. Pancakes can be served with honey, berries, powdered sugar, jam, or glaze.

Ingredients:

whey protein concentrate, whole wheat flour (contains gluten), skimmed milk powder, isomalto-oligosaccharide, dried egg white, raspberry, raising agent (baking soda), thickener (xanthan gum), salt, natural flavors, acidity regulator (citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose).

Directions for Use:

Perfect as a dessert for tea or coffee. Add 60 g of the mix (3 tablespoons) to 120-150 ml of water or milk, mix thoroughly (a shaker is recommended) until a smooth batter forms. Let it sit for a few minutes. Cook on both sides in a preheated pan, adding vegetable oil if desired. Using milk increases the calorie content.
