Our pancake mix is sugar-free and GMO-free, making it perfect for sports and diet nutrition, as well as a healthy treat for children. Serve pancakes with honey, berries, powdered sugar, jams, or glaze.

Ingredients:

oat flour (contains gluten), whey protein isolate, skimmed milk powder, natural cocoa powder, oat bran (contains gluten), water-soluble corn fibers, egg melange, raising agent (baking soda), thickener (xanthan gum), salt, natural flavors, acidity regulator (citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose).

Directions for Use:

Perfect as a dessert for tea, coffee, and other beverages. Add toppings such as nut butter, syrups, and jams for extra flavor.

Muffins: Add 60 g of the mix (3 tablespoons) to 60 ml of water or milk, and stir until a smooth, lump-free batter forms. Pour into baking molds and bake at 180°C for 15-25 minutes.

Waffles: Add 60 g of the mix (3 tablespoons) to 90 ml of water or milk, and stir until a smooth, lump-free batter forms. Pour into a preheated waffle iron and cook until done. Using milk increases calorie content.
