Ingredients:

Lactose-free pancake mix (gluten-free wheat starch, dried whole eggs, lactose-free milk powder, baking powder, disodium diphosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, salt, emulsifier, thickener), whey protein concentrate (milk), egg white protein, thickener (carboxymethylcellulose), flavourings and sweeteners, sodium bicarbonate.

Directions for use:

• Add 50 g (2 tablespoons) of pancake mix to 150 ml of water.
• Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.
