Recommended daily serving – 90 g.
Dissolve one portion of the product – 30 g (1.5 scoop) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Take 3 servings daily.
On training days:
1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving 1.5 hours after training, 3rd serving before bed.
On non-training days:
1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before bed.
WARNINGS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use this product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant and lactating women should not take the drug. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
