Trec Nutrition Casein 100 Chocolate - is a slow-digesting, chocolate-flavoured micellar casein protein and a high-protein supplement. Micellar casein is an excellent source of protein, providing a longer digestion time.
Micellar casein (from milk) (95.5%); cocoa 10%; salt; sweetener - sucralose. This product may contain: milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Dissolve one serving of the product, i.e. 30 g (1.5 scoops), in 200 ml of water or milk using a shaker or blender. Consume 3 servings daily. On training days: take the 1st serving in the morning after waking, the 2nd serving within 1.5 hours after training and the 3rd serving before bedtime. On rest days: take the 1st serving in the morning after waking, the 2nd serving between meals and the 3rd serving before bedtime.
