Ingredients:

95.5% micellar casein (from milk), flavorings; 0.6% natural cream flavor, contains milk, sweetener — sucralose.

Usage:

Recommended daily portion — 90 g.

Dissolve one serving — 30 g (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Take 3 servings per day.

On training days:
1st serving – morning after waking up
2nd – within 1.5 hours after training
3rd – before bedtime

On non-training days:
1st serving – morning after waking up
2nd – between meals
3rd – before bedtime
