Ingredients:

MegaMicellar™ micellar casein (from milk), natural flavourings (carrier: maltodextrin), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), emulsifier (soy lecithin), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, stevia extract).

Do not consume if allergic to any ingredient.

Directions for use:

• 1 serving in the morning immediately after waking up.
• 1 serving 30–45 minutes before training.
• 1 serving immediately after training.
• 1 serving between meals.
• 1 serving in the evening before bedtime.

1 serving = 30 g

Dissolve 3 scoops (30 g) of powder in 300 ml of water, milk or juice.
