Whey Shake is a whey protein concentrate that is essential for every athlete’s training program. Due to its high protein content and fast absorption, it is an ideal support for post-workout recovery and muscle growth, and when included in a balanced diet, it may also contribute to weight loss.

Whey protein concentrate (from milk), glycine - L-alanine - L-lysine, natural flavourings, natural colouring (E162), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K). May contain traces of oats, eggs and soy.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:

Mix 30 g (approximately 1 scoop) with 200 ml of water in a shaker according to your nutritional needs and considering other protein sources in your diet. You may also mix the powder with milk or your favourite beverage to vary the taste.
