Whey protein concentrate (from milk), glycine - L-alanine - L-lysine, reduced fat cocoa powder (4.7%), natural flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K). May contain traces of oats, eggs and soy.
Net quantity: 1000 g
Mix 30 g (approximately 1 scoop) with 200 ml of water in a shaker according to your nutritional needs and considering other protein sources in your diet. You may also mix the powder with milk or your favourite beverage to vary the taste.
