Ingredients:

95.5% micellar casein (from milk), flavourings, 0.6% natural cream flavour (contains milk), sweetener — sucralose.

Allergen information:

May contain allergens: milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts, and other nuts. Do not use in case of allergy. Contains sweeteners. Do not consume if hypersensitive to any ingredient.

Directions for use:

Recommended daily portion: 90 g.

Mix one serving — 30 g (1.5 scoops) — with 200 ml of water or milk using a shaker or blender. Consume 3 times per day.

Training days: 1st serving after waking up; 2nd within 1.5 hours after training; 3rd before sleep.

Non-training days: 1st serving after waking up; 2nd between meals; 3rd before sleep.

Warnings:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Maintaining a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle is important. The colourant azorubine may have an adverse effect on children’s activity and attention.
