L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, gelatine capsule (gelatine, colouring iron oxide), L-carnitine tartrate, L-alanine, L-carnosine, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
6 capsules (3 g BCAA) before competitions. For less intense exercise, the dosage may be split into 3 capsules before and 3 capsules after competitions. Take with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºC and consume within 3 months.
