BCAA 2:1:1 provides a concentrated source of branched-chain amino acids, namely leucine, isoleucine and valine, in a balanced 2:1:1 ratio.

Ingredients:

L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, vitamin C, vitamin B6, acidity regulator (E296), anti-caking agents (E551, E552), natural flavouring, antioxidant (E341), sweeteners (E955, E950), colour (E160a). Lactose and gluten free. May contain traces of milk, oats, eggs and soy.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:

Mix 1 scoop (approximately 8 g) with 200 ml of water in a shaker.
