Ingredients:

L-leucine, L-glycine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, taurine, L-alanine, vitamin B6, acidity regulator (E296), anti-caking agents (E551, E552), natural flavouring, antioxidant (E341), sweeteners (E955, E950), colour (E160a). Lactose free and gluten free. May contain traces of milk, oats, eggs and soy.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:

Mix 1 scoop (approximately 8 g) with 200 ml of water in a shaker.
