Ingredients:

L-leucine (37%); L-valine (18%); L-isoleucine (18%); capsule shell (gelatin; colourants — titanium dioxide); taurine (7%); anti-caking agent — magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0.1%).

Directions for use:

Take with about 300 ml of water.

Training days: 10 capsules 45 minutes before workout.

Non-training days: 5 capsules twice daily about 30 minutes before meals.
