Ingredients:

Instant BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsion sunflower lecithin), L-glutamine, acidity regulator citric acid, flavouring, beetroot juice concentrate, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide. May contain soy and milk protein. Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient.

Directions:

Mix a 10 g serving (approx. ½ scoop) 15 minutes before physical activity and immediately after. Can also be used during training. Do not exceed the recommended dose. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
