Citrulline is an amino acid that plays an important role in the human body. Although it is not a component of proteins, it performs many vital functions. Citrulline helps increase arginine levels in the blood. Arginine is a precursor of nitric oxide, which can enhance endurance during physical activity. Nitric oxide helps dilate blood vessels, improving blood flow and oxygen delivery to the muscles.

L-citrulline malate helps reduce fatigue and muscle soreness after intense physical exertion. This is associated with improved metabolism and reduced lactic acid buildup.

Usage:

Adults: mix 825 mg of powder (1/7 measuring scoop) with 30–50 ml of water or juice, stir thoroughly (preferably in a shaker) until a smooth consistency is achieved. Using juice increases nutritional value. Consume between meals as a supplement to the main diet. Recommended during periods of intense physical activity. Duration and repetition of courses should be determined individually.
