L-tyrosine is an essential amino acid, the presence of which has a positive effect on metabolism. Use:

Recommended dose: dose according to body weight.

• Up to 50 kg – 2 capsules,
• up to 75 kg – 3 capsules,
• over 75 kg – 4 capsules 30–40 minutes before physical activity.
