Usage:

Adults: add 5 g of powder (1 scoop) to 200–250 ml of water or juice, mix thoroughly (preferably in a shaker) until smooth. Using juice increases the nutritional value. Use between meals as a supplement to the main diet. Recommended during periods of intense physical activity. The duration and frequency of use should be determined individually.
