Citrulline helps increase arginine levels in the blood. Arginine is a precursor of nitric oxide, which can enhance endurance during physical exertion. L-citrulline malate helps reduce fatigue and muscle soreness after intense physical activity. This is associated with better metabolism and reduced lactic acid buildup.

Usage:

Adults: mix 825 mg of powder (1/7 scoop) with 30–50 ml of water or juice. Shake well (preferably in a shaker) until a uniform mixture is formed. When using juice, nutritional value increases. Consume between meals as a supplement to the main diet. Recommended during periods of intense physical exertion. Duration of use and repetition of the course should be determined individually.
