L-Proline is an amino acid essential for collagen production. Collagen is the primary structural protein that makes up all human connective tissue, including skin, tendons, ligaments, joints, bones, and blood vessels (veins and arteries), components of the body. Although proline is naturally produced in the body, in certain situations with increased demand, the average diet may not be sufficient to meet the body's proline requirements.

Suggested Use:

Take 2 capsules 1-2 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
