Ingredients:

Beta-alanine (53.3%); maltodextrin; acidity regulator - citric acid; flavors; sweetener - sucralose; anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide; beetroot juice concentrate for grapefruit and watermelon flavor; pyridoxine hydrochloride (0.001%).

How to use:

Dissolve a single portion of the product - 1.5 g (2 scoops) in 100 ml of water. Take 3 servings a day.

On training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving 30 min. before training, the third portion immediately after training.

On non-training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving between meals, third serving before going to bed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. The product should not be used by pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.
