Ingredients:
Beta-alanine, vitamin B6. OTHER INGREDIENTS: Beta-alanine (53%), maltodextrin; acidity regulator (citric acid); flavorings; sweetener (sucralose); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide salts); beet juice concentrate for grapefruit and watermelon flavor; pyridoxine hydrochloride (0.001%).

Content per 100 g / serving (4.5 g):
- Beta-alanine – 53333.33 mg / 2400 mg
- Vitamin B6 – 4.6667 mg / 0.21 mg
Usage:
Dissolve one serving of the product — 1.5 g (2 scoops) — in 100 ml of water. Use 3 times a day.
On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving 30 minutes before workout, 3rd serving after training. On rest days: 1st serving in the morning after waking, 2nd between meals, 3rd before bedtime.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Store in the original packaging, tightly closed, in a dry and cool place at 15–25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Protect from light and moisture. Use within 3 months after opening.
