Glutamine is an amino acid that is most abundantly found in free form in muscles. Glutamine is present in large amounts in muscle tissue and is used by skeletal muscle cells to synthesize proteins. That’s why glutamine supplements are used by bodybuilders, people on various diets, and also to prevent muscle loss during certain illnesses.

Like other amino acids, glutamine is used for muscle mass gain and is an excellent addition to any sports nutrition plan.

Usage:

Adults: add 5 g of powder (1 scoop) to 200–250 ml of water or juice, mix thoroughly (preferably in a shaker) until smooth. Using juice increases nutritional value. Use as a supplement to your main diet between meals. Recommended during periods of intense physical activity. Duration of use and repeated courses should be determined individually.
