Recommended dosage: take 3 capsules immediately after training. On non-training days: take 3 capsules in the evening before bedtime. The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules. Take with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

L-glutamine, gelatin capsule (gelatin, colour iron oxide), filler magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.
