Recommended daily dose and usage:

Recommended dose: mix a 30 g serving with 150 ml of water. Use no more than once per day after training. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Usage: 1 measuring scoop = approx. 30 g. Mix the recommended dose thoroughly with water.

Ingredients:

Maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate, taurine, L-glutamine, soluble BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), glucose, magnesium citrate – Aquamin, creatine citrate, acidity regulator citric acid, creatine monohydrate – Kre-Alkalyn®, stabilisers acacia and xanthan gum, flavouring, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, carob extract (95% D-pinitol), sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, colour beta-carotene, chromium lactate, cyanocobalamin.
