Ingredients:

Creatine monohydrate, gelatin capsule (gelatin, colorant iron oxide), bulking agent magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.

Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Directions for use:

Take up to 3 capsules per day. Use regularly for 4 weeks. After a 4-week period, take at least a 4–6 week break. It is recommended to combine with carbohydrate intake (e.g., by using gainers). Consume with sufficient water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Warnings:

Food supplement. Does not replace a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children.
