Ingredients:
Creatine hydrochloride (HCl), capsule shell (gelatine, purified water), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Produced in a facility where ingredients containing milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish. are used.
Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
1 serving: 2 capsules. On training days: one serving directly before training, the second serving after training. Non-training days: one serving after waking up.
