Usage:

We recommend a 200 g serving, which provides over 720 kcal. However, you may freely adjust the amount according to your needs and goals. Mix 200 g of product with about 800 ml (0.8 L) of water (you can also adjust the water amount to taste). Consume immediately after training or within one hour afterwards.
