83% creatine monohydrate; flavourings; acidity regulator (citric acid); 2% vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); sweetener (sucralose), colour (beta-carotene). This product may contain: milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Mix one 4.1 g serving of the product (1 scoop) with 200 ml of water. Consume one serving daily. On training days: take one serving 30 minutes before training or one serving immediately after training. On non-training days: take one serving in the morning after waking or one serving before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
