Usage:

Mix one serving – 100 g (3.5 scoops) – with 250 ml of water or milk using a shaker or mixer. Consume 3–4 servings per day as needed.

Training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking, 2nd serving within 1.5 hours after the workout, remaining servings between meals.

Non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking, remaining servings between meals.
