VPLAB Creatine Monohydrate. Food supplement. Powdered drink mix with creatine monohydrate. Not suitable for children or pregnant women.

Net quantity: 300 g

Recommended daily dose and use:

Serving size: 5 g of powder

Mix 1 serving = 5 g (1 scoop) of powder with 200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Take 1 serving per day for 6 weeks, then take a break of 2–4 weeks.
