Trec Nutrition Endurance Creatine Sport. Food supplement with creatine monohydrate, dextrose and taurine in powder form.

Contains high-quality creatine with a sweetener.

Ingredients:

Creatine monohydrate, dextrose, taurine; creatine monohydrate (60%), dextrose (20%); acidity regulator — citric acid, flavourings, taurine (5%), beetroot juice concentrate for raspberry and watermelon flavours, colour — beta-carotene for multivitamin flavour; copper complexes of chlorophyllins and chlorophylls; sweetener — sucralose.

May contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Net quantity: 300 g

Recommended daily dose and usage:

Dissolve one serving of the product — 5 g (1 measuring scoop) in 250 ml of water. Use a shaker or blender. Take 1 serving in the morning after waking up or 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days, take 1 serving in the morning after waking up or 1 serving before bedtime.

• Creatine monohydrate — 3 g
• Dextrose — 1 g
• Taurine — 250 mg
