creatine monohydrate, taurine, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide) maltodextrin, sweetener (sucralose)-anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), maltodextrin, sweetener (sucralose), colour (carotenes).

Recommended daily dose and usage:
Mix 1 heaped scoop (6 g) of powder with 150 ml of water and consume once daily. For optimal results, take 30 minutes before training.
