Ingredients:
Creatine monohydrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, zinc picolinate, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate. Manufactured in a facility where ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soya, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, cereals containing gluten, eggs, molluscs and fish are used.
Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Mix one serving (4 g - 1 measuring scoop) with 150 ml of water. On training days, take one serving daily: immediately after waking up or after training. On non-training days, take one serving daily immediately after waking up.
